“The setting here is quite something; nestled right at the moor's edge, it affords that rare blend of beautiful walks and easy road access to places like Hexham and Newcastle. Inside, the cottage itself feels well-proportioned for a family, with very comfortable beds and a bright kitchen offering lovely views - the sheep outside were a definite hit with the children. You get truly hot showers and everything is kept wonderfully warm, which counts for a lot.”
